Mechanical Sport

The MU04 GMT SPORT draws its energy from the world of competition. Raw structure. Taut volumes. Instrument driven legibility. The second time zone is displayed on a hybrid titanium and ceramic bezel engraved over 24 hours. The day night transition is marked by a sharp contrast. Here, the travel function becomes a design element.

A Dial Machined Like an Engine

The dial is shaped in a single laser operation. A raw surface inspired by engine blocks. Chamfered indexes and recess milled counters. Raised inscriptions, polished in relief. Five openings reveal the date disc. The 60 minutes are engraved on a sloped inner flange. The small seconds at 9 o’clock evoke a speedometer. Openworked hands, inspired by sports rims, maximise transparency. The reading is technical. Visual. Deliberate.

The Mechanical Foundation: MM01 GMT

At the heart of the MU04 GMT SPORT beats the MM01 GMT calibre. Automatic winding. 55 hours of power reserve. 4 Hz frequency. Hours, minutes, small seconds, date and a 24 hour second time zone. The bridges are openworked and micro blasted at their centre, satin finished on the periphery, polished along the bevels. The mechanics remain legible. Functional above all.

nO Ring®: Structural Performance

The titanium case is composed of 36 elements. Each component contributes to the mechanical compression that ensures water resistance. No gasket. No polymer. No maintenance linked to material ageing. Water resistant to 300 meters. Operable under water. At MAURON MUSY, technology is not added to design. It is its origin.
